Job Summary
Maintain and improve manufacturing equipment using a multi-skilled approach with an electrical bias, performing both proactive and reactive maintenance while ensuring strict health and safety procedures. Actively complete root cause analysis to return assets safely and timely, driving efficiency, quality, and reliability improvements. Support site reliability agendas by identifying failure modes, trends, and agreed actions, while issuing work permits and supervising contractors. Continually seek process improvements and report all tasks on the CMMS system. Hold relevant electrical qualifications and experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical bias
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments
- Strong fault-finding skills (electrical, mechanical, PLC)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Ability to operate workshop tools
- Experience and/or certifications in automation, PLCs, and robotics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and/or certifications in automation, PLCs, and robotics highly desirable
