Job Summary
Report daily breakdowns versus PPM activities, prioritizing repair work and monitoring machine performance. Plan and monitor operations while working with the Planning Department to negotiate machine availability and support external contractors. Provide technical support for production, maintain GMP and safety standards, and ensure compliance with engineering processes. Complete paperwork and works sign-offs while adhering to a clean-as-you-go policy. Achieve PPM plan completion rates and minimize engineering downtime. Requires relevant engineering qualification, FMCG experience, and competency in isolation and electrical safety.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry
- Mechanical experience
- Experience of FMCG operations
- PC Literate (thereby able to use computer-based maintenance systems)
