Job Summary
Role: Multi Skilled Engineer supporting The Compleat Food Group’s engineering team in Clitheroe. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing packaging and process equipment, performing planned preventive and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults to minimize downtime, collaborating with Line Leaders and Production teams to optimize efficiency, leading maintenance and improvement projects, and ensuring accurate documentation. Working hours average 38.5 per week on a 3 on/3 off rotation with day (6am–6pm) and night (6pm–6am) shifts. Permanent, full-time position with location at Clitheroe – Twin Brook and Lincoln Way Sites. Qualifications include HNC/ONC/NVQ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments; beneficial certifications include Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene, HACCP, and hygiene awareness.
