Multi Skilled Engineer

Role-focused engineering professional responsible for the reliable upkeep of production, fulfilment and site services equipment across two UK sites (Rudie’s Kitchen, Ace’s Pantry, and UK Warehouse & Fulfilment Centre). Tasks include fault-finding across a broad range of equipment in a high-volume production environment, driving site-wide uptime, leading shift activities, coaching and mentoring the shift leadership team, diagnosing plant issues as the first on-call, owning equipment reliability, performing root-cause analysis of efficiency losses and failures, driving continuous improvement plans, contributing to short-interval control meetings, and ensuring effective handovers between shifts. Requires strong multi-skilled engineering capabilities with electrical bias, recognised apprenticeship, HNC level qualification, and 3+ years of engineering or senior technician experience; supervisory experience; good communication and planning skills; and a passion for safety and process optimization.
