Multi-Skilled Carpenter

Conduct general carpentry, joinery, and repair work throughout the hotel property, including doors, frames, skirting, cabinets, and wooden fixtures. Respond promptly to maintenance requests by inspecting guest rooms and public areas for defects, prioritizing guest-impacting issues, and performing corrective actions while minimizing noise and disruption. Assist other Engineering team members with basic maintenance tasks, support room renovations and refurbishment projects, and complete scheduled preventive maintenance inspections to identify deteriorating woodwork before it becomes a guest complaint. Maintain appropriate records of completed work and ensure all tasks comply with health and safety procedures.
