Job Summary
Carry out vehicle paint spraying, panel beating, strip and fit, and plan work while ordering parts. Execute repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring vehicles return to pre-accident condition with high standards and customer satisfaction. Work skillfully and safely under pressure, wearing all required PPE and maintaining clean work areas. Plan your workload effectively to meet agreed timescales, collaborating within the team or independently with minimal supervision. Maintain flexibility and adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
- Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
Desired Qualifications
- ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
