Multi-Skill Operator/Lease Operator/Pumper - Southeast New Mexico

Job Summary
Monitor equipment and production performance across assigned wells in Southeast New Mexico, inspecting tanks, meters, and pipelines to prevent leaks and operational issues. Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment while maintaining chemical injection rates and executing well start-up/shut-in procedures. Gauge tanks for safe transfers, enter production data into digital systems, and update piping diagrams and security documentation. Respond to alarms and fulfill on-call duties to minimize downtime, applying all safety and environmental policies. Requires a valid driver's license, one year of mechanical maintenance experience, and ability to work outdoors in remote locations with weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current/valid driver's license
- 1 or more years' experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection
- Able to perform the physical demands and work environment requirements of the position, as described in the job description, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsive to visual and auditory signals, alarms, and instructions

Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years' experience in oil and gas production or health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles
- Associate's degree or trade certification in Production Technology or a related field
- Computer and data entry skills
