Job Summary
Monitor and optimize production and cost for designated central facilities, including starting up and shutting down equipment under normal and emergency conditions. Troubleshoot operations problems, maintain chemical injection rates, and verify level indications by gauging tanks. Work with third-party truck hauling partners to manage handover processes and pre-startup safety reviews. Operate a company-provided vehicle to perform duties across various geographic locations. This Safety Sensitive position requires a 40-mile driving radius from Kennedy, TX, with weekend and on-call availability. Candidates must reside or relocate within this radius and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current/Valid Driver's License
- 3 or more years of experience in unconventional field operations
- Basic level of understanding of gas compression principles and practices
- Basic level of understanding of dehydration principles and practices
- Basic level of understanding of gas and liquid measurement
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and instrumentation
- Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 40-mile driving radius of Kenedy, TX
- Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/align with following: Work in temperature extremes or adverse weather conditions
- Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/align with following: Wear appropriate special safety equipment
- Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/align with following: Walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull

Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree and/or trade certificate or higher in Production Technology, Process Technology or other related technical field or foreign equivalent
- 5 or more years direct experience with oil and gas production practices, equipment, and terminology
- 1 or more years direct experience with dehy, compression and VRU operations
- 3 or more years of experience with blowcase equipment
- Intermediate proficiency in PSSR and MOC processes
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word
- Committed to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
- Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports
- Inclination and interest in training and mentoring others
- Constantly searches for and implements new ways of doing business better
- Responds inventively, flexibly and positively when faced with challenges and demands
