Multi-Site Supervisor - Bristol, Yate and Bath (6-Month FTC, Part-Time)

Multi-Site Supervisor at Pandora with a 6-month fixed-term contract (part-time). Oversee the busy sales floor across Bristol, Bath, and Yate, coaching a team of sales assistants to achieve KPIs and deliver a personalised customer experience. Lead by example on store operations, merchandising, and daily KPIs; act as key holder for opening/closing; manage cash and till reconciliation; assist with recruitment and disciplinary investigations; leverage product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales, upsell, and conversion; travel between locations as required to ensure high performance and brand standards.
