Job Summary
Converting leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing compelling information about the community and neighborhood. Conducting informative and personalized apartment tours that result in new leases while building brand loyalty through a consistently stellar resident experience. Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Work weekends when prospective residents are searching for new homes, including three weekends per month with two days off during the week. This role supports Bozzuto's mission of designing and maintaining extraordinary residences by delivering exceptional experiences to residents and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A customer-focused mentality
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- A passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content
- A sharp professional appearance
- Sales aptitude
- Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week
