Job Summary
Program Staff needed to supervise youth across multiple Camp Fire Alaska sites in Eagle River and Anchorage. Responsibilities include guiding activities, ensuring safe, organized after-school programming, and supporting youth development across geographic areas (Eagle River, South, Downtown, East, West). Schedule averages 20-25 hours per week with 4 hours daily on-site from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential for 1–2 additional hours for meetings/trainings. Certifications provided after hire (CPR/First Aid/AED, Food Worker Card, Mandated Reporter, Health & Safety). Required Qualifications
- Age 18 years or older
- Ability to work 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday- Friday
- Ability to transport self to work and trainings
- Ability to work at multiple site locations
- 1 year experience working successfully with children in a group setting
- Training or experience in youth development, education, or recreation preferred
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED & First Aid certification
- Food Worker Card
- Mandated Reporter training certificate
- Health & Safety certificate
