Job Summary
Lead production teams and ensure technical excellence across all Connection Pointe locations by overseeing audio, lighting, video, and stage systems for weekend services and ministry events. Build, recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer production teams while fostering a culture of servant leadership and spiritual growth. Partner with the Production Director, Creative Arts, and ministry leaders to plan and execute support for special events and initiatives that strengthen engagement. Champion continuous improvement by maintaining production workflows and advancing technical skills for staff and volunteers. This role requires evening, weekend, and event availability, with a preference for 4-6 years of church production experience and formal education in media or theater.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and developing volunteers
- 4-6 years of experience in church production, live event production, or a comparable technical production environment preferred

- Formal education in production, media, theater, or a related field
