Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. Lead, coach, and support front desk and clinical support teams while partnering with providers to maximize schedule efficiency and patient flow. Drive revenue growth through memberships, treatment plans, retail sales, and patient retention initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and clinical standards. Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain operational excellence. Collaborate with ownership on marketing initiatives, business development, and growth strategies. This role offers a path to regional leadership within a rapidly expanding organization serving Central New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery office, or similar healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser services, skincare, and wellness offerings
- Proven success in leading teams and driving practice growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale (POS) platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
