Job Summary
Multi-Site Physical Therapist (PT) at CommuniCare Rehab with a $15k Sign On Bonus. Full-time split opening across Seneca Trail Healthcare Center and Lewisburg Healthcare Center. In-house therapy team member providing evaluation, screening, and treatment planning; supervise PTAs; participate in interdisciplinary meetings; opportunities to serve multiple centers within the CommuniCare family. Requires physical therapy degree and active or pending state PT license; strong emphasis on resident-centered care and collaboration with rehab team and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
