Job Summary
Monitor premises, conduct access control, and patrol multiple locations to maintain a safe environment. Enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors while resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations. Identify safety hazards, report suspicious activity, and ensure assigned rounds and post orders are completed. Utilize technology devices throughout shifts to conduct property tours and provide information to employees and guests. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Maintain a professional demeanor and remain vigilant while working independently. Requires high school diploma, driver certification, and FA, CPR, and AED certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Great attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
