Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution, de-escalation, and access control at security entrances and exits. Perform patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions while identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Protect evidence or scenes of incidents during emergencies and set up barriers or signage to direct others. Carry out specific tasks and duties required for assigned sites, including frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Maintain vigilance and attention to detail throughout shifts while participating in pre-employment screening processes. Available any day for at least two shifts with a guaranteed Saturday and Sunday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available any day, at least two shifts
- Must be stationed at various site locations
- Saturday 12pm-8pm
- Sunday 11am-7pm
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must remain vigilant throughout the shift
- Willing to participate in pre-employment screening process
- Willing to undergo drug screen
- Willing to undergo background investigation
