Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation while performing access control at security entrances and exits. Execute patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions, identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Protect evidence or incident scenes during emergencies and investigations, setting up barriers and directing others as needed. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope for assigned sites in the Treasure Valley Area. Must be available any day for at least two shifts with a valid driver's license and clear driving record. Requires high school diploma or GED and standard computer skills. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus. All candidates must complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available any day, at least two shifts
- Must be stationed at various site locations in the Treasure Valley Area
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
