Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation while performing access control at security entrances and exits. Execute patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions, identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Protect evidence at incident scenes and set up barriers or signage to direct others. Carry out specific tasks and duties required for assigned sites, including frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Maintain vigilance and attention to detail throughout shifts while participating in pre-employment screening. Available any day for at least two shifts with full-time on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available any day, at least two shifts
- Must be stationed at various site locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
