Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop teams across the Emporium Boutique, Myer Melbourne, and David Jones Bourke Street stores to become true brand ambassadors. Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs while supporting Store and Concession Managers through coaching and performance management. Ensure consistent delivery of elevated client experiences and premium service standards by partnering with leadership to execute brand standards, visual merchandising, and promotional initiatives. Analyze performance data and implement strategies that drive growth across each location. This permanent full-time role operates on a Tuesday–Saturday roster and reports to the Regional Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion, apparel or premium retail environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Advanced clienteling skills
- Strong understanding of fashion, styling, product and premium retail standards
- Confidence in coaching leaders, driving accountability and building succession plans
- A positive, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results
- Permanent full-time employment
- Tuesday–Saturday roster availability
