Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for multiple sites with Orlando area duties including responsive repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances; lead make-ready turnover for vacant units within 7 days to Vidalta’s Gold Standard; perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections; ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and local building codes; maintain tools and coordinate parts; strong customer-service focus and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
- HVAC certification or CPO certification is a plus
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
