Job Summary
Independently complete service requests, make-ready turns, and full maintenance inspections across multiple properties. Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while conducting preventative maintenance. Respond to on-call and emergency service requests, perform move-in/move-out inspections, and maintain shop inventory. Demonstrate safe operation of diagnostic tools and chemical procedures, proficient with work-order systems and mobile technology. Requires 2+ years of multifamily experience and intermediate skills in multiple trades. Full-time schedule includes five days per week, Sunday and one weekday off, with on-call rotation and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- multifamily experience
- Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching
- Use of hands and arms
- Lifting 50 pounds independently
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms

- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
