Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor - Terra Linda Manor/Rotary Valley

Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests for maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements. Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines, maintain a preventative maintenance program, and conduct daily inspections of grounds and building features to identify hazardous conditions. Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, monitor their daily work progress, and provide direction on construction and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency. Handle on-call emergencies, manage unit inspections, and maintain accurate records regarding service requests and work in progress. Must be available for on-call and weekend work.
