Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor - Terra Linda Manor/Rotary Valley

Coordinate and respond to resident and management requests by diagnosing defects, assigning work orders with urgency, and executing repairs for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry issues. Manage maintenance staff by supervising, training, and scheduling activities while monitoring daily progress and providing immediate instruction. Oversee preventative maintenance programs, inventory management, and safety compliance including OSHA standards and hazard communications. Conduct daily inspections of grounds and buildings to identify hazardous conditions, manage key controls, and participate in on-call emergencies. Ensure all work adheres to community policies, Fair Housing regulations, and company standards while supporting cost-cutting initiatives through proper tool use and material management.
