Job Summary
Oversee contractors, inventory, and a team while assisting with resident work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Schedule turnover processes for vacant units and perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and grounds/landscaping duties as needed. Manage salt and snow removal responsibilities and provide customer service across multiple sites in the Lancaster area. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating on-call availability in the Lancaster region. Eligible for an on-call bonus. Required Qualifications
- Prior residential maintenance experience
- Working cell phone
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Valid PA Drivers License
- Reliable, insured transportation
