Job Summary
Lead and train maintenance staff to supervise on-site operations, develop preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and manage resident service requests and vendor contracts. Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards, control maintenance budgets, and conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively. Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call, while maintaining accurate documentation of all activities and ensuring regulatory compliance. Assist with capital project planning and execute salt and snow removal duties. This full-time role in Williamsport, PA, offers a starting rate of $25/hr with benefits including 401(k) matching, medical insurance, and employee stock ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Prior residential maintenance experience
