Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor role overseeing maintenance staff and vendors across multifamily communities to ensure move-in readiness, quality service, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. Responsible for supervising staff, managing work orders and preventative maintenance, coordinating with the Community Manager, maintaining safety standards, budgeting and inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies. Requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance and 1+ year supervisory experience; expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry; HVAC and CPO certifications desired; valid driver’s license; availability for on-call and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
- HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be available for on-call and weekend work.
