Job Summary
Leasing & Sales Consultant at Cortland to drive occupancy and revenue for a multifamily community in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with prospects, closing leases, using consultative selling to uncover needs, maintaining CRM records, reporting on lead activity and pipeline health, and delivering a concierge-level resident experience. The role also involves planning and executing resident events and engagement programs, representing the community as an ambassador, handling objections, and maintaining marketing programs and social media presence to attract and retain residents. Candidate should be proactive, organized, goal-driven, and customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable using CRM systems and aligning with a premium brand experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of sales, customer-facing, or performance-driven experience preferred
