Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to multiple properties while driving leasing goals and maintaining strong occupancy through market surveys and marketing strategies. Process rental applications accurately, guide residents through move-in procedures, and handle resident collections in accordance with company standards. Provide superior customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, process maintenance requests, and conduct move-out inspections to support property turnover. Maintain daily updates of unit availability, perform regular inspections to ensure move-in readiness, and manage resident files with completeness. This full-time role requires a five-day schedule (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.) with Sunday and one weekday off, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
