Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents while processing applications and guiding move-ins. Maintain daily unit availability updates, conduct move-out inspections, and handle resident collections. Provide superior customer service by responding to inquiries, processing maintenance requests, and managing resident files. Assist with marketing strategies and execute move-in readiness inspections across multiple properties. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing may be required
- The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential
- Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Multifamily leasing experience
- Additional education or certifications
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media
