Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

Multi-Site Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing success and exceptional resident experiences across Timber Creek & Hidden Oaks in Chico, CA. Duties include conducting property tours, showcasing floor plans, following up with prospects, processing applications and verifications, supporting renewals to maintain occupancy goals, and building resident relationships. Role also covers resident communication, event planning, and marketing/outreach (social media, flyers, campaigns), as well as operations such as maintaining lease files, work orders, and data accuracy in systems (Yardi preferred). Must deliver high-quality customer service, meet occupancy targets, and collaborate with a Property Manager to drive community performance. Required attributes include strong sales/communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; High School Diploma or GED is required. This is a full-time on-site role with in-person duties at Chico-area communities.
