Job Summary
Multi-Site Leasing Consultant duties include providing top-quality customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting onsite community tours and leasing apartments, working with residents on lease renewals, supporting marketing efforts (social media, open houses, community events), preparing leasing documentation, maintaining knowledge of rents, deposits, vacancies, and community offerings, collecting funds, coordinating with onsite management and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, performing regular inspections of tour routes and models, and participating in training seminars. Requires HS diploma/GED, at least 1 year of sales or leasing experience, strong communication, customer service background, proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software, ability to work independently and in a team, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Background and drug screening successful completion
