Job Summary
The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant drives leasing performance across two Greystar communities by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, processing applications, and signing leases. The role focuses on lead management, marketing execution, and cross-site collaboration to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while delivering a seamless, professional leasing experience and supporting renewal initiatives. Core duties include qualification of prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and background checks, preparing lease packages, following up with prospects and residents, executing renewal activities, and coordinating marketing events and programs to boost traffic and occupancy. The role requires strong customer-service orientation, effective communication, ability to analyze data, familiarity with property management software, and flexibility to work with on-site teams to maintain show-ready units and high resident satisfaction. The position also emphasizes adherence to company standards, teamwork, and community engagement across two locations, with travel and schedule flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years minimum of sales/marketing/customer service experience
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; ability to explain apartment features and answer questions
- mathematical skills to process sales conversions
- ability to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, qualify prospects, and close
- incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
