Job Summary
Multi-Site Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating leasing activities across two or more properties, generating and handling prospective resident leads, conducting tours and lease signings, processing applications and move-in packets, maintaining accurate lead records, managing move-ins/outs and renewals, ensuring market readiness and curb appeal, coordinating with maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. The role involves daily follow-ups with leads via phone, mail, or email, qualifying prospects, updating resident files, preparing lease documents, and contributing to occupancy goals while staying knowledgeable about market competition and company policies. Requires strong organization, sales or customer service experience, familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, proficiency in MS Office, and adherence to Fair Housing and safety training.”,
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- High school diploma is required
- A minimum of one year of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred
- Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred
- Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Capability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Required to complete and successfully pass Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
