Multi-site General Manager - Kent

General Manager responsible for multiple sites in Kent (Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Ashford) driving overall performance, profitability, and quality experiences. Lead and develop diverse teams, coach and mentor staff, and manage relationships with schools, parents, and stakeholders. Deliver high-quality, engaging activities and programmes under the Whole of Child philosophy across wrap-around care and leisure-centre settings. Accountable for KPIs, cost controls, rostered hours, and cluster-level operations while expanding the portfolio and maintaining exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
