Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with weekly travel to CorrHealth facilities across CO, NM, TX, and WY. Full-time role requiring 36-48 hours weekly, traveling to multiple sites, performing nursing duties under RN supervision, including medication administration, IV therapy (where certified), patient assessments, triage, charting, and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies. Must hold a compact LPN/LVN license and reside in one of the listed states; position involves shift variability (day/night) and 7 days a week availability with travel to sites.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current and unrestricted compact license as LPN/LVN
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in CO, NM, TX or WY
- Must travel weekly to designated CorrHealth facilities
- Compact license required
