Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of multifamily property management experience

- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reports, and operational performance metrics
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, or similar
- Solid knowledge of Fair Housing and property management compliance
