Multi-Site Clinical Team Lead

Lead the clinical team across primary and specialty clinics, supervising Nurses and Medical Assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality staff performance. Serve as the Practice Manager’s right hand, assuming clinic responsibility in the Practice Manager’s absence, in coordination with the DON. Provide direct clinical support to providers, train and mentor staff, conduct competency evaluations, and assist in staff performance reviews and corrective actions. Coordinate inventory and ordering of medical supplies, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA, NCQA PCMH, OSHA), and develop staffing plans to flex coverage as needed. Required attributes include strong clinical knowledge, independent and collaborative work capability, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Preferred multilingual ability (Spanish or Marshallese).
