Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for two established dental practices in Edmonton and Red Deer, providing leadership and coaching to Practice Managers and support teams. Monitor schedules, workflows, and staffing to identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions that drive practice performance and patient experience. Build a positive, accountable team culture while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development across both locations. Partner directly with doctors to ensure smooth clinic execution and consistent delivery of exceptional care.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of dental office or practice management experience
- Experience leading teams, ideally across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of dental operations, workflows, and patient experience
- Confident communicator who can coach, influence, and build relationships
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- A hands-on leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done
- Someone who is motivated by people, performance, and continuous improvement
