Job Summary
Multi-Site HVAC Technician responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment communities, performing preventative maintenance, responding to work orders and emergencies, coordinating with on-site teams, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff. Must hold HVAC/EPA certification with at least 2 years of experience, be physically capable of labor, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to commute between two properties in Georgia; role emphasizes independent work, teamwork, compliance with safety standards, and usage of maintenance software.
