Job Summary
Lead multi-site bakery operations between Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights, with occasional support in Ann Arbor and Allen Park. Travel efficiently between locations to ensure consistent leadership presence and manage daily production schedules and quality standards across all assigned sites. Develop and coach team members while overseeing inventory management, supply orders, and cost control to drive sales growth and profitability. Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adherence to food safety standards and operational procedures. Maintain consistent quality and guest satisfaction regardless of location while building a cohesive culture that reflects core values. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and 3-5 years of multi-site management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
Required Qualifications

- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Flexibility to travel between Allen Park, Ann Arbor, and occasionally Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights locations
- Food safety certification
- Ability to obtain food safety certification within 30 days
