Job Summary
Lead and maximize F&I profitability across four brands on a multi-rooftop platform, drive product penetration and income performance to meet targets, and maintain strict compliance across luxury and import segments. Responsible for coaching and developing F&I Managers, managing lender relationships, and ensuring consistent deal structures and reporting across all brands. Collaborate with General Managers and Sales Managers to optimize profitability and drive process discipline across the group.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of F&I experience with multi-rooftop or director-level experience preferred
- Strong background in luxury brand F&I
- Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CDK experience preferred
