Job Summary
F&I Director to lead profitability and compliance across four rooftops (Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Genesis) with a focus on maximizing F&I performance, lender relationships, and deal structure. Role requires relocation and offers growth tied to production, including training and developing F&I Managers, driving product penetration, and cross-brand coordination with General Managers and Sales Managers. A premium, growth-oriented leadership position overseeing a multi-brand luxury/import portfolio with a structured compensation and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of F&I experience with multi-rooftop or director-level experience preferred
- Strong background in luxury brand F&I (Audi or Mercedes-Benz experience highly preferred)
- Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CDK experience preferred
