Manage group contingents and banquet rooms for both the Hamburg Marriott and Renaissance Hamburg Hotel, handling inquiries, proposals, and contracts for events exceeding 10 rooms. Conduct property tours, ensure timely submission of all offers, and support clients through contract finalization before handing over details to Event Management. Attend client events, monitor sales targets, and oversee individual project management while balancing modern elegance with urban street-art lifestyles. Requires Opera Sales & Catering knowledge, strategic thinking, and bilingual skills in English and German.
