Multi-Property Executive Housekeeper - Moxy Phu Quoc Hon Thom and Fairfield by Marriott Phu Quoc Hon Thom

Oversee daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry across two upcoming properties on Hon Thom Island. Direct staff to ensure guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas remain clean, conduct inspections, and enforce corrective actions. Manage guest room status communication with Front Desk, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance, and supervise general cleaning schedules. Control departmental expenses to meet budgeted goals while handling guest complaints and supporting continuous service improvement. Supervise staffing levels, administer disciplinary procedures, and provide on-the-job training for new room attendants.
