Job Summary
Rotate through departments including reception, accounting, HR, sales, housekeeping, and restaurant during fixed blocks to learn hotel operations. Alternate between university phases at the ISM University and practical application phases to understand business processes and complete small projects. Provide guest care and counseling while gaining comprehensive insights into inventory management within both the Hamburg Marriott and Renaissance Hamburg Hotel. This dual-study program offers a balanced lifestyle between modern elegance and urban street-art culture. Participants receive full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend of 325.00 €, and access to Marriott International's 9,000+ hotels.
Required Qualifications
