Multi-Property Director of Revenue Management (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Analyze data, create reports for management, and develop strategies to maximize room revenue and market share across three Munich hotels. Forecast booking demand, manage demand controls, and implement sales and pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales & Marketing. Monitor forecasting and budgeting processes, prepare monthly reports, and report to general managers. Set employee targets, conduct coaching and appraisals, and lead recruitment and team development. Requires several years of revenue management experience and outstanding knowledge of the hotel industry. Full-time role within the Executive Committee offering continuous development, training, and a diverse, flat-hierarchy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a similar position in revenue management
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Outstanding knowledge of the hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Excellent leadership skills
- Team player with a modern leadership style and hands-on mentality supported by strong communication skills
- Willingness to exceed expectations and achieve results
- Permanent and secure employment contract
