Job Summary
Oversee two Marriott-branded properties on Hon Thom Island as Multi-Property Director of Operations; responsible for Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance; collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring brand service standards and initiatives are achieved while driving guest satisfaction and revenue performance; manage profitability and revenue goals, monitor budgets and wages, and develop property-wide strategies to meet owner expectations; lead and develop hotel operations teams, align with brand vision, and maintain strong owner relations; ensure fair and consistent application of policies, performance evaluations, and SOP/LSOP adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
