Job Summary
Director of Human Resources for two Marriott properties on Hon Thom Island overseeing HR strategy, staffing, and development. Responsible for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development, and driving HR initiatives aligned with property and brand goals. Leads engagement activities, coordinates succession planning, oversees compensation concepts for hourly staff, and supports property executives with HR metrics and strategic context. Must collaborate with property General Manager, Regional HR leadership, and property leadership to deliver effective HR services aligned with business objectives. Based at Moxy Phu Quoc Hon Thom with duties across Moxy Phu Quoc Hon Thom and Fairfield by Marriott Phu Quoc Hon Thom; ensures adherence to Marriott HR practices and supports diversity and development across the two properties.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
