Job Summary
Oversee financial leadership across two Marriott properties on Hon Thom Island; serve on the Executive Committee to develop and implement property-wide financial strategies aligned with brand initiatives, and lead the financial and accounting activities to deliver desirable financial results. Provide analytical and strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and controls; ensure strong accounting, audits, cash flow management, and compliance with SOPs/LSOPs; lead Finance & Accounting teams, manage working capital, and communicate financial concepts to owners and executive stakeholders to support profitability and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required
