Job Summary
Lead financial strategy for a multi-property portfolio (Element Bali Ubud and Four Points Pontianak) as part of the executive committee; oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, and financial controls; develop and implement business plans aligned with brand strategy; manage finance and accounting teams; communicate financial concepts and performance to owners, the executive committee, and other stakeholders; drive profitability, cost saving, and ROI across properties; ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required
